Semi personal training would involve the sharing of one personal trainer among 2 to 4 clients. The trainer would monitor the fitness, diet, and gym schedules of his prescribed clients in a dedicated and professional way.
The clients may choose their fitness trainer based on their fitness and professional requirement. The trainer would manage his / her clients accordingly, keeping in mind their personal requirements, health issues if any, body metabolism, and the client’s long-term / short-term goals.
A semi-exclusive program, which gives the client a dedicated fitness advisor which makes accomplishing their goals a more simple task.
